Pricing
A seat to work in, and credits for the assisted work.
Holding your records, tracking obligations and closing them with evidence is what a seat buys. Credits cover the work where a machine reads or drafts something for you.
Plans
Seat pricing for the United States edition is not published yet. Early accounts are being set up by hand while the product is finished — talk to us and we will tell you exactly what it will cost you, in writing, before you commit to anything.
Ask what it will costWhat credits are spent on
Only the work a machine does for you.
Storing documents, tracking obligations, requesting files, messaging your professional and exporting an inspection pack cost nothing. These are the actions that spend.
None of these can be run yet. They are published so you can see what the assisted work will cost before you commit to a plan, not because they are available today — and you will not be charged for one until it is.

Fair warning
Assisted actions are shown with their cost before they run, and you are never charged more than the amount you were shown. If a batch produces fewer results than requested, you pay for what you got.
PortalHQ does not charge for late fees, penalties, or government fees. Those are paid to the authority, not to us. Where we show a late-fee figure, it is an estimate from the rule set, and the authority’s number is the one that counts.
