Refunds

Cancel at any time. Your seat stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and does not renew after that.

If you cancel within seven days of a first purchase and have not used an assisted feature, we will refund that period in full.

Unspent credits are refundable within thirty days of purchase, less any amount already spent.

Spent credits are not refundable. Where an assisted action fails and produces nothing usable, it is not charged; if you were charged for one that failed, tell us and we will return the credits.

Write to us with the account email and what you want refunded. We respond within five working days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within ten working days.

Penalties, interest, or fees charged to you by any authority. PortalHQ helps you track obligations; it does not assume liability for them.
